Really great group of people. I dropped off my Camaro with John and the guys were able to find that the steering needed adjustment or tightening. John was absolutely awesome and I truly appreciate the help. Great place and really good people. Thank you 🙏 that adjustment really makes a huge difference on how the car drives and handles. Dang the difference is LEGIT! I really appreciate taking the time and digging into it. Man she feels perfect thank you 🙏 times 100!!!!

Patrick helped me through the process of fixing my AC compressor. I hadn’t had AC for a year and was super grateful to have it fixed during a hot July. The price in fixing it was a little over what I was expecting but only by $200 or I would’ve given 5 stars. The staff is overall very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent with their process. I actually was expecting to have my car on a Wednesday but got a call by Monday evening to come pick up.

I had a good experience with Team One for wheel alignment and I was told to only trust them for that service. I unfortunately went back and tried to hire them to do an oil change. Called, spoke to Dustin and scheduled/priced out for an Alfa Romeo. Told $168 before tax. Pretty good price so I scheduled the service for 8am. Get a call from Team One at 7:30am. Informing me that the quote was just for labor or supplies and it was going to double if not possibly triple the price as labor is $275 an hour now haha. Jokes on me, I guess for asking a shop for a standard oil change and changed my schedule to make it in early. I’m literally done with these Indy shops. When someone you trust tells you to use Team One for 1 service only(wheel alignment) please listen to them.

Dropped my wife’s 335xi off here for some basic maintenance and a fuel level issue and had the car back and fully fixed within a few days! John at the front was perfect with communication and explanation behind everything being done!

Team One Automotice rocks! Shout out to Dustin our service writer. They worked on our Mini Cooper and are very knowledgable on European vehicles. They have a boatload of ASE certified technicians, thats reassuring to me. Domestic or European they work on them. We will be back.
